The Drop-In was originally run by Age Concern (now Age UK) in the Town Hall, and moved to the centre in 1999. In 2008 the management of the Drop-In passed from Age UK to the Church.

At our last inspection the Drop-In received an outstanding Five-Star rating for Food Hygiene Compliance, Management, Safety and Structure from Cheshire West and Chester Council, since May 2013 the Drop-in is Exempt from rating.
